SCHEDULE All of the southern part of the South Island and Stewart Island including Southland, Wallace, Stewart Island, Lake, Vincent, Waihemo, Maniototo, Tuapeka, Clutha, Bruce and Sllverpeaks Counties, and that part of Waltakl County that lies south of a straight line drawn between Kakanui on the east coast and Kakanui Peak on the boundary between Waltaki County and Maniototo County.
