PA Nelson The top maxi-yacht Condor, fresh from the SydneyHobart race, is due in Nelson early next week with a hometown skipper, Terry Gould, at the helm. The 24.4-metre Condor was due to leave Sydney
yesterday on a direct 1400-nautical-mile voyage that will realise Gould’s longstanding ambition to sail the multi-million dollar racing machine into his home port.
A waterfront welcome is being organised for the giant yacht.
