Mr Ossie Marr dies
Mr Ossie Marr, partowner of this season’s New Zealand Trotting Cup winner, Steel Jaw, died in a Sydney hospital yesterday.
Mr Marr, aged 70, who was in hospital in Christchurch for several weeks after collapsing during the New Zealand Cup presentation at Addington last November, returned to Australia in December after recovering from a heart ailment.
Mr Marr was taken to hospital again yesterday after another heart attack but died on arrival.
