Mr Kidd unopposed
The sitting member for Marlborough, Mr D. L. Kidd, has been unopposed as the National Party’s candidate for next year’s General Election. The electorate chairman, Mr Barry Holdaway, said yesterday that Mr Kidd would be duly confirmed as candidate at the electorate committee’s next executive meeting.
