PA Wellington A Wainuiomata real estate agent, Mr Willard Amaru, who has stood for the National Party in two elections, has been chosen as New Zealand Party candidate for Pencarrow. Mr Amaru, aged 47, stood for Southern Maori in 1975 and Pencarrow in 1981, and is a former National Party councillor.
