Videos stolen
Four video recorders, valued in total at $4500, were taken in a smash-and-grab raid on Dominion Television Rentals, Ltd, Riccarton Road, early yesterday morning. The burglary was discovered about 5.30 a.m. when a passing piotorist noticed that the front window of the company premises had been broken. In another burglary on Tuesday evening, thieves took electrical goods valued at $2300 from a flat in Worcester Street. Goods taken included a stereo and a camera.
