Dr Wall to stand again
PA Wellington Porirua’s sitting Labour member of Parliament, Dr G. A. Wall, will not be challenged for the Labour Party nomination at the next General Election. The chairman of the Porirua Labour Electoral Committee, Mr Edward Dickson, said yesterday that Dr Wall, who had held the seat for 14 years, had no challenger when nominations closed.
