Public Notices , PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS LICENCE IN the matter of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975, take notice that John Joseph Curtis, of 301 Main South Road, Hornby, trading under the name or style of Curtis Auto Sales, has applied to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licencing Board for approval to remove Motor Vehicle Dealers Licence No. 829 issued on the 14th day of March, 1983, at Wellington from premises situated at 301 Main South Road, Hornby, to premises situated at 420 Main South Road, Hornby, with a view to conducting business as a motor vehicle dealer, pursuant to the licence at the last mentioned premises. The application will be heard by the above Board after one month from 10th day of November, 1983, being the date of first publication of this notice. Any person who wishes to object to the granting of this application must give notice of the objection to the Board within one month after the said date of the first publication of this notice. Box 9341, Wellington. aORDUGH Qp Constituted 1913 RICCARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER RAISING OF METROPOLITAN REFUSE DISPOSAL SCHEME JOINT LOAN NOTICE Is hereby given that at a meeting of the Riccarton Borough Council held on October 17,1983, the following resolution was passed: “That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested In It by the Local Government Act 1974, and the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and by sanction-of the Local Authorites Loans Board, granted at a meeting of the Board held on September 20, 1983, the Riccarton Borough Council resolves to proceed to raise in New Zealand a loan to be known as the Christchurch Metropolitan Refuse Disposal Joint Loan 1983 for an amount of $172,000 for the purpose of the purchase and development of land for transfer stations and associated works and landfill site and associated works and the construction of roadlng giving access to the landfill site and the purchase of plant and equipment, such finance being the balance required which Is not provided from other sources, and subject to the determination set out In the Board’s sanction, and that the foregoing resolution be publicly notified and referred to a meeting of the Council to be held In the Council Chambers at 7.30 p.m. on November 21,1983, for confirmation as a Special Order.”
