Moderatordesignate chosen
The Rev. Alistair Rae of Auckland is the Presbyterian Church Moderator-desig-nate for 1985. His appointment was announced at the Church’s annual General Assembly in Christchurch yesterday. Mr Rae has been the parish minister in Somervell for six years. He has also served in Ashburton, Malaysia, and the King Country since he was ordained in 1963.
Mr Rae, aged 46, will take up the post in November, 1984.
