Wool strength
One of the great strengths of the New Zealand wool industry is its diversity of international purchases, the Parliamentary Under-secre-tary for Agriculture, Mr Rex Austin, said. Mr Austin was opening the annual conference of the Federation of New Zealand Wool Merchants in Masterton.
He said unlike meat, which pivoted on the conditions of entry to Britain and the E.E.C. wool was exported to customers throughout the globe.,
