Female astronauts

The National Aeronautics and Space Agency has assigned two female astronauts, both physicians, to space shuttle missions planned for June and August next year. Dr Rhea Seddon, aged 35, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Dr Anna L. Fisher, aged 33, of San Pedro, California, are the third and fourth women named to fly in the shuttle.—Washington.
