Public Notices gkggl DEPARTMENT OF LANDS AND SURVEY INVITATION TO COMMENT ON A DRAFT SECTION OF THE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR TONGARIRO NATIONAL PARK (TUROA SKIFIELD) THE Commissioner of Crown Lands, Wellington, hereby gives notice, In terms of Section 47(2) of the National Parks Act 1980, that a draft management plan has been prepared for the Turoa Sklfleld area of the Tongariro National Park. This draft which will later become a section of the park management plan has been prepared In consultation with the Tongarlro/Taupo National Parks and Reserves Board and will be available for inspection at district offices of the Department of Lands and Survey in Wellington, Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch and Dunedin, as well as the Head Office of the department In Wellington, Park Headquarters at Tongariro National Park, and the department’s ranger stations at Ohakune and Turangl from Monday, September 28, 1983, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies may also be purchased from the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Wellington, for $8 each. Persons and/or organisations are Invited to submit written comments on the draft plan to the Commissioner of Crown lands, Department of Lands and Survey, P.O. Box 5014, Wellington, before Friday, November 25, 1983.
