A labourer, Sean Baldwin, works on the new access way to the top floor of the Malthouse in Colombo Street. Renovations to the building were started on August 22 and are expected to be finished by the end of the week. The work is being done by Baldwin and Butler Builders, Ltd. Alterations include the access way and a new landing, and reflooring of the rehearsal floor. The building is owned by the Canterbury Children’s Theatre.
