Hertz touch of class

Hertz has added a touch of class to its fleet of rental cars by introducing 50 Honda Accord EX cars primarily to meet the increasing demand of business clients. This up-market automatic model by Honda (shown above) has power steering, electrically operated sunroof, three-way adjustable seats, four-speaker stereo tape-deck-radio. The car is magnificently silent, nifty and easy to handle. Hertz’s decision to add the EX to its medium-priced range of rentals was prompted by a need to meet the increasing expectations of business clients. “We believe this car typifies the up-market, new breed of businessman,” said the company’s marketing manager, Mr Colin Francois.

“Many successful businessmen like to reflect their position by the type of vehicle they own. When they rent a car they simply don’t want to lower their sights,” he said. —L.R.B.
