Details of the Standard Specifications to be adopted are set down in publication M.P. 101:1983, which constitutes Schedules 1, 11 and 111 to this By-law. Amendments to make the Model suitable for application in the Council’s area are set out in Schedule IV. All Standard Specifications have been, during their development, made available in draft form for comment by those affected. Drafts available are widely publicised, and listed In the monthly Journal “Standards,” available for inspection at the Council’s Offices.
