Salvation Army post
PA Wellington The Salvation Army has announced that Colonel Donald Campbell, an Australian, will succeed Commissioner Sir Dean Goffin as territorial commander for New Zealand and Fiji. The appointment will take effect from November 1. Colonel Campbell is territorial chief secretary and has held the position for two years.
