Flute classes

Two German flautists now living in Nelson- will hold a five-day flute seminar as part of the Nelson Festival later this month. Mary and Uwe Grodd settled in New Zealand this year after twice visiting the country. They are based at the Nelson School of Music. They have continued their association with the European tradition of playing. The seminar, which runs from August 23 to 28, offers daily master classes and chamber music workshops.
