Public Notices IN THE MATTER of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, and its amendments and IN THE MATTER of an application for a Food and Entertainment Licence by GABLES RESTAURANT LIMITED GABLES RESTAURANT LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at .Christchurch, Restaurateur, has made application to the Secretary of the Licensing Commission of New Zealand for a Food and Entertainment licence in respect of the premises known as Gables Restaurant, Gables Shopping Arcade, High Street, Rangiora. The times in respect of which it is proposed to sell and dispose of liquor pursuant to this licence are as follows: Monday to Friday — 12 noon-2 p.m. Monday to Friday — 6 p.m.-12 midnight. Saturday — 6 p.m.-l a.m. Sunday — 6 p.m.-ll p.m. The purpose for which persons will resort to the premises are: to dine, to attend any entertainment, to attend any reception, function, or any other social gathering. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of this application may, not later than 14 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of his objection and of the grounds thereof with the Secretary of the Licensing Commission at Wellington. This is the second publication of this notice. The first notice was published on August 13, 1983. KIWIFRUIT EXPORT LICENCE PURSUANT to Regulation 21 of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licencing Regulations 1977 (Amendment No. 3), notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Kiwifruit Authority has resolved that, in order to attract expertise in market regions or market segments not adequately covered by existing klwfruit exporters, there is a need for one additional export licence in the 1984 season. Appllations for approval of eligibility to tender for this additional licence are hereby invited. Applications should be made in writing to the Secretary of the Authority, should include the particulars nominated on a form available for that purpose from the Authority, and should be accompanied by a fee of $5O.
