Caramel coffee
sauce What yon need: 1 tbs butter 1 tbs golden syrup 1 cup boiling water 1 tsp coffee powder 1 tbs flour % cup brown sugar Vz tsp vanilla essence What you do: 1. Melt butter in a saucepan. 2. Add flour, golden syrup, sugar, coffee and water. 3. Stir over heat until sauce
thickens. 4. As it is simmering, add vanilla essence. 5. Serve hot or cold over ice-cream.
