Rubbish men to meet
Christchurch City Council rubbish collection workers will meet on Monday morning to consider a proposal from the council aimed at ending a dispute which led to a three-day strike by the workers this week. Talks which led to the proposal were held between representatives of the unions and the council yesterday before a conciliator, Mr B. P. Gray.
