PA Wellington The final big granite panel of the Bank of New Zealand’s new skyscraper headquarters in Wellington — 102 metres above Willis Street on the twenty-ninth storey — has been put in place. It was the last of 960 granite and concrete panels in New Zeland’s tallest building, which began a decade ago with a scheduled construction span of'■six years.
