Message from the Chief Executive
The Directors of Broadbank have considered the new Trust Deed and its implications and have been working towards a new Borrowing Instrument for some time. I am firmly of the view that this deed offers depositors the security that they should expect from a Company of the size and standing of our Group. .
I believe that this agreement j between Broadbank and its > customers, which is new in i New Zealand, is following the ■ most progressive of overseas ! trends. Broadbank’s objective is to have all its depositors on t an equitable and secured : basis. R.R. Trotter, Chairman and Chief Executive, Fletcher Challenge.
