CHRISTCHURCH MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL DOWNS ROAD WATER SUPPLY BY-LAW 1983 NO. 1 AMENDMENT TO WATER SUPPLY CHARGES NOTICE Is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1974 and all amendments thereto, and other enabling legislation the Malvern County Council at a meeting held on June 10,1983 resolved by way of Special Order to make a by-law to be known as the Downs Rooad Water Supply By-law 1983 No. 1 Amendment to Water Supply Charges. The object and purport of the proposed by-law is to repeal the Downs Road Water Supply By-law 1982 No. 1, Amendment to Water Supply Charges, and substitute a new by-law with an amended schedule of charges payable for 1983/84. A full copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfield and is open to the inspection of the public during normal office hours until 1.30 p.m. on July 8,1983. It Is further publicly notified that the resolution making the said by-law is to be submitted for conformation as a Special Order at a meeting of the council to be held in the Council Chambers, Darfield on Friday, July 8, 1983.
