New York appointment
PA Wellington New Zealand’s ConsulGeneral in New York, Mr Bruce Smith, has been appointed a member of the Overseas Investment Commission. He succeeds Mr J. D. Todd, whose term has expired and who has not sought reappointment. Mr Smith will return to New Zealand next month after three years in New York.
