Bridge Player for Owens

Special correspondent Woodville Bridge Player has come through his race at Ellerslie last Saturday well, and will now be set for the Owens Trophy at Tauranga on June 25, according to his trainer, Mark Oulaghan. Winner of the Owens last year, Bridge Player is unlikely to have another race before then.
