Three new printers

Three new printers are now being sold in New Zealand for the VIC 20 and Commodore 64 home computers. Commodore’s 1525 printer prints at 30 characters per second. It retails for $895, and can print graphics. The 1526 printer, for $1135, is a bi-directional model printing at 80cps. According to Commodore 1526 printing is almost letter-quality. The cheapest printer of the three is the 1520, at $595, which uses 4Vz inch wide roll paper and can print in four colours or combinations of colours.
