Notice Is hereby given that the Amurl Pest Destruction Board has by meeting dated June 3,1981, classified all land in its district for the purpose of levying a rate on a graduated scale. Any ratepayers whose classification has been changed have been notified. Public notice pursuant to Sections 52 and 71 of the Rating Act, 1967. Notice is hereby given that the Amurl Pest Destruction Board intends at a meeting of the Board to be held at Waiau at 1.30 p.m. on Monday, July 18,1983 (or at such other place or date as the said Board shall meet) to make and levy a rate on the land In Its district for the period commencing on April 1, 1983 and ending on March 31, 1984, In the following proportions in respect of the following classes of land. 26.51 cents per hectare in respect of Class I 66 cents per hectare in respect of Class II Special Rating Areas Class 111 I 298.85 II 815.68 111 2186.67 IV 1479.67 V 1297.25 VI 2081.22 VII 1873.78 VIII 223.07 IX 178.09 X 1169.40 XI 38.27 XII 413.48 XIII 194.69 And notice is further hereby given that the said rates will become payable at the office of the Board and in one sum on August 3,1983 and that the Rate Book Is open for inspection without fee by ratepayers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. An additional charge of 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months from the date of the demand and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
