Public Notices MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER MALVERN COUNTY (DOG CONTROL) BYLAW 1983 NO. 1 NOTICE is hereby given that, In exercise of the powers vested In It by the Dog Control and Hydatids Act 1982, the Health Act 1956 and the Local Government Act 1974 and amendments thereto, and all other powers In any way enabling the council In that behalf, the Malvern County Council at a meeting held on the 15th April, 1983, resolved by way of Special Order to make a Bylaw to be known as the Malvern County (Dog Control) Bylaw 1983 No. 1. The object and purport of the proposed bylaw is: 1. To require a licence to be obtained to keep more than two dogs within the Darfleld Community and within the area of all other townships within the county. 2. To provide for all dogs within the county to be under proper control both day and night. 3. To make it an offence to keep a dog which Is causing a noise nuisance to people living in the vicinity. 4. To provide for the establishment of a Pound in which dogs found in contravention of the Bylaw are to be placed. 5. To repeal the Malvern County Bylaw No. 1 1967, for the control of dogs, passed on the August 11, 1967. A full copy of the proposed Bylaw is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, South Terrace, Darfleld and Is open to the inspection of the public during normal office hours until 1.30 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 1983.
