Peace talks
Five' Central American Foreign Ministers have agreedsthat peace talks on their strife-torn region could be either bilateral or multilateral, said the meeting’s sponsors. The sponsors, the Foreign Ministers of Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia and Panama, said that the agreement was reached despite accusations by conservative Central American nations that Leftist Nicaragua was stalemating talks. — Panama City.
