Video screen at S.C.G.
NZPA Sydney The Sydney Cricket Ground is to get a new $4.2 million video screen, similar to one at Melbourne, by the end of the year. The new screen, measuring 16.8 m by 7.2 m will be on the southern end of the Hill
between the old scoreboard, which will be kept, and the Sheridan Stand. The screen will be controlled by a producer and technical director who will co-ordinate the scores, match plays, replays, interviews and team and player statistics.
