Situations Vacant Situations Vacant TAVERN MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY THE INVERCARGILL LICENSING TRUST will wish to make an appointment to its executive staff in June 1983 of Manager of its Clifton Club Inn. This Inn, is of a smaller size than most taverns, but is designed to service a particular community in the city. It will provide a public bar, lounge bar and bottle store facilities and a small family restaurant, seating 66 persons, which will operate on a 7 day basis. Applicants for this position will require a knowledge of fast food operations and an ability to control costs in an establishment, with a limited base staff. Considerable use of casual labour will be Involved and applicants should bear this in mind in considering the position. A suitable support staff will be engaged with requisite experience. The salary scale for the position will be in the range of $17,266 to $23,983 per annum, depending on the appointee’s background experience.
