The Production Manager will report to the Manager Manufacturing and will have a key role in the manufacturing management team. The Production Manager will be primarily concerned with the achievement of production 3 targets through the effective deployment of manpower, resources and plant. Ashley's and Wellington Paper Bags are medium size operations and the Production Manager will have responsibility for approximately 150 staff.
