Public Notices £ ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER AMENDING BY-LAW PUBLIC notice is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it bv the Local Government Act, 1974, and Amendments thereto, and all other Acts enabling it in that behalf the Ellesmere County Council, at a Special Meeting held on Monday. January 31. 1983. resolved by wav of Special Order to amend the' Ellesmere County Building Removal By-Law No. 4. 1978. by(a) Rewording Existing Clause 2.2; (b) Inserting a new Clause 2.3; and tc) Renumbering subsequent Clauses accordingly. The purpose of such Amendment is to allow Council to have further and tighter control over the moving into the County of pre-owned dwellings. A full copy of the proposed Amendment to the By-Law is deposited at the County Office. High Street. Leeston and is available for inspection by the public during normal office hours until Friday, March 18. 1983. The Resolution making the said Amendment to the ByLaw is to be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday.
