Oamaru Borough Council (acting for and on behalf of the i Oamaru Harbour Committee) and.the New Zealand Cement Holdings Limited for adoption as part of the national ports , plan pursuant to section 12 of the said Act. Before the Authority may adopt any such proposals it must consult with the harbour i committee responsible for the port and with all Government Departments and other bodies i and persons who. in its opinion appear to be directly concerned with the proposals. After such consultations and i any other'consultations or investigations that the Authority may consider desirably it may adopt the proposals in whole or in part or in modified form or may reject the proposals. Accordingly, the Authority invites written submissions which will close on March 18. , 1983 from all bodies and persons interested in the proposals.
