N-campaign
The British Government is about to launch a publiclyfunded advertising campaign costing more than £1 million to counter the anti-nuclear movement. The “Observer” newspaper says that Ministers are concerned that nuclear disarmers, particularly the Greenham Common demonstrators, are winning the propaganda war. Defence Ministry officials said that the main targets for the campaign would be the uncommitted young members of the community. — London.
