LRB dates
The Little River Band, from Australia will tour New Zealand next month. The nine-date tour starts on February 15 at the Taui ranga Soundshell, and the final concert is at the Christchurch Town Hall on February 25. Nelson’s Trafalgar Centre is the venue for one show, on February 22. Other cities included in the tour are Hamilton, Palmerston North, New Plymouth, Auckland, Wellington, and Dunedin. The . Little River Band have recently had personnel changes. Glenn Shorrock left the group, and was replaced by John Farnham, now aged 32, who had that notorious hit single, “Sadie, the Cleant ing Lady.” Another replacement has been Steve Hous- | den for David Briggs, on lead guitar. There is a new LRB album, !‘The Net,” on the I way.
