sentencing. However. Johnson said, he and other youths had been convinced they must carry weapons. “You got to kill to live in this world," he said. “If you do not get the other person, they are going to get you. You see all these killings, you hear about them. As soon as you step out the door, you get blown away." Johnson faces confinement for at least a year, and possibly until he is 21.
