The Manager’s position has considerable scope for initiative as responsibilities cover the profitable operation of the Hotel. Duties include Hotel promotion and marketing, staff control and direction, stock control, finance, budgetary control, public relations. Applicants must have a proven background in the hospitality industry and in particular have possession of leadership skills to control and motivate staff in the wide range of functions the Hotel performs.
