The Chef Manager is responsible for the total catering management which includes menu planning, purchasing, costing, portion and stock control, staff recruitment and training. The successful candidate would also be required to assist in the preparation of meals and to plan and prepare a limited number of functions. Sound catering knowledge and administrative ability is essential. The starting date will be February 1. 1983. This is a challenging position with opportunities for advancement within our company.
