Conciliation conference
PA Auckland Airline ground steward representatives and Air New Zealand officials will attend a conciliation conference tomorrow to try to resolve differences over the employment of temporary ground staff during peak travel periods. ■ The Airline Stewards and Hostesses’ Union wants • the company to re-employ ground stewards who were earlier dismissed for alleged pilfering. Most are still awaiting trial.
