PA Wellington A close encounter between the Cook Strait rail ferry Aratika and a fishing vessel in Wellington Harbour on November 23 was not a “near collision,” said the Wellington Harbour Board The board’s general manager, Mr James Stewart, released the results of an investigation carried out by the Wellington Harbourmaster, Captain William Galloway.
