DUAL ACCEPTORS The owner or nominator of a dual acceptor not balloted out or eliminated by the committee in accordance. with the conditions herein contained shall declare no later than 12 Noon on the day preceding this meeting in which race or races it is intended to start. In the -event of no such declaration being made the committee at its discretion shall designate the race in which such dual acceptor may start.
