COSGROVE, Mitthew - Alice. Colleen and Dawn wish to express our most sincere gratitude td each and everyone of you for the support and comfort given to us during the recent sad loss of a loved husband, father and grandfather. The attendance of so many relatives and friends at the Christchurch service, at the Requiem Mass and at the graveside In Westport, was a great consolation to us and a wonderful tribute to Matt. Thank you to those of you who travelled long distances to be with us in our time of sorrow. For the many prayers. Thank you to Father O'Grady for the beautiful service at Westpark, Christchurch, and for his own special trlbute to Matt To those who gave so much pleasure to Matt bv visiting htm during his long stay In Christchurch Hospital, a very special thank you. A very special thank you also to all of you who have given such valuable help, assistance and support before and after Matt's death.
