Calling all Thomases, boy-oh ...
The tiny Welsh resort of Tenby has invited two million Thomases to descend on it next year. The town is offering special hotel discounts for everyone named Thomas (Thomas Thomases will get the best deal), there will be a Thomas chorale sung by a Thomas choir, Thomas rugby, Thomas jousting, Thomas menus (notably Thomas breakfasts with Thomas sausages, and even Thomas honeymoons). Anyone interested should write to Tommy Thomas, care of the British Tourist Authority, 171 Clarence Street, Sydney, 2000.
