Help for needy
Sir,—lt is heartening to hear Mr Quigley .speaking so strongly in favour of those in need in our community. It is commendable that he should endorse Susan St John's report for the Commission on Children, in which she highlights the plight of many low-income families. When politicians can put politicking to one side and aodress themselves to the real needs of the community, there is real hope for the country. — Yours, etc., JILL WILCOX. October 11, 1982.
