This application : has been made under Section 21(3) of the Act. Chatham Islands County Council-Appliea- , tions to take and use a total of 90.920 litres of water I per day from a natural spring on the property of Mr : M. Tuanui at Waitangi. Chatham Islands, and to discharge up to 2273 litres of waler containing waste from the Waitangi Wharf. The purpose of this application is to provide water for domestic and commercial consumption for the township of Waitangi and its environs. Legal description of the land at the point of taking is Kekerione No. 70 or Otawhao No. 1 being all lhe land comprised in C’/T 192/122. Written objections oi submissions supported by statutory declaration stating: (a) grounds on which the objection relies, (b) whether the objector claims the right to be heard in person or by counsel, will be received by the Secretary.
