Entertainer of Year
PA Auckland Prince Tui Teka was last evening crowned the Entertainer of the Year ’ al a function in Auckland. With the award, the Maori singer, an entertainer for 25 years, earned a return trip to Las Vegas. The organisers, the Entertainment Operators' Associa-
tion. gave the Rising Star award to the television performer. Suzanne Lee. The Group of the Year trophy went to the Auckland band. D.D. Smash, Three merit awards were presented to George Henare. John Berry, and' the Continental Airlines' Auckland Brass Band.
