S. Biolab
Smith-Biolab. Ltd. has acquired for about 63.000 shares and an undisclosed cash sum the business and assets of Apollo Plastics. Ltd. an Auckland-based plastic injection moulder.
Smith-Biolab says that Apollo, with an annual turnover of about $5,000,000. has a good product line of household and gardenware which has not realised potential through working capital shortages. The products are seen as integrating well with SmithBiolab’s Masterton subsidiary. Downing Plastics Industries, Ltd. which will undertake marketing in New Zealand and Australia.
