Care of Children . TEENAGERS AT PRESENT we are looking for iiomes for four teenagers: 1. LEANE. aged 13, is a tall, mature, attractivelooking girl. She has had a disturbed family life, can be moody, and will take some time to develop trust in new family relationships. Leane copes well with school and has made steady progress. She is in Form 11. She enjoys sports, particularly roller skating, > and has badges in gymnastics. A warm, stable family with mature, experienced parents to see Leane through to independence is what we want for her. “I want this one to work." is Leane’s comment at the prospect of a new foster home. She recognises that she gets jealous of other children so would prefer not to have other children close in age to her. 2. We are also looking for a home in the Hornby area for PAULA, aged 17 years. Paula is a lively, good-natured girl who recently began work. She has many normal teenage interests and is in need of a boarding situation with caring adults. If interested, please phone Eleanor Anderson or Annette Direen — 795-100 — in office hours. 3. KEVIN is a 14-year-old who responds well to individual attention. He can cook and can be relied on to do manual.work. Kevin is shy. but can be affectionate. As he has had several foster homes in the past Kevin needs experienced foster parents who can cope with difficult behaviour and give and receive affection. 4. VICKY is a warm, responsive, outgoing 14-year - old girl who has had a disturbed childhood but would like to be with flexible foster parents who can give love and understanding as well as firm guidelines for her behaviour. For further information ring Miss J. Cooper - 795-100 in office hours.
