Airwork profit
Airwork (New Zealand). Ltd, had earned a small profit in the five, months since balance date, the chairman. Mr J. B. Brazier, told shareholders at yesterday's annual meeting in Christchurch. - After the meeting, the managing director, Mr H. R. Jones, said that the profit was, “quite a turnaround” after the company’s recent losses.
- The main emphasis of the company was on providing servicing, support and repairs.' •• • The company was also concentrating on the sales of helicopters and executive . aircraft, but Airwork would not know what sort of a market it had in commuter aircraft until Government policy was clearly established, he said.
